Please do not include your cc information anywhere on the form. We will use your cc authorization form only.

Please know the "at cost" price of your book and keep it handy. This will help you roughly gauge how much your book will cost to produce and ship and roughly which speed to request. 

A good range to consider: paperbacks of 200 pages are roughly $7.50; paperbacks of 250 pages are around $8.50; paperbacks of 300 pages are around $9.00. Hardcovers of 250 pages are around $11.50. 

Here's an example for you. THIS IS A ROUGH ESTIMATE.

10 books at $10 per book is around $125 at the economy printing price and basic shipping.

10 books at $10 per book is be around $145 at the rush printing price and basic shipping.

10 books at $10 per book is around $155 at the rush printing price and UPS standard ground. 

We recommend rush printing and UPS standard ground. This means your books will come to you in around two weeks. OR we recommend rush printing with basic shipping. If you go with basic shipping, it will take around three weeks. Please note that basic shipping is not trackable.

Rush printing dispatches in one business day (from when they start printing, that is--and they do not print on weekends). Rush printing means that your order MIGHT get shipped that same week. 

Economy Service printing usually dispatches in 5 business days (from when they start shipping).

Holiday shipping takes longer. IngramSpark does not specify how much longer.
